We have already seen in this previous lesson the 3 final particles (at the end of a sentence) that we often hear:
- よ : Announcement (bringing new information), notice, light alert
- ね : Seeking light confirmation, observation ("isn't it?")
- よね : Insistent confirmation search
There are other final particles:
- わ : Use as よ (feminine way)
- な / ぜ / ぞ : Informal use, like ね (mainly used by men)
- かしら : Light doubt, with the interrogative particle か (feminine way)
- かな : Light doubt, with the interrogative particle か, it adds a little nuance.
