The polite language in Japanese (敬語) includes three distinct forms of politeness for verbs.
1. The polite form 丁寧語
2. The honorific form 尊敬語
3. The humble form 謙譲語

The polite form 丁寧語 ending in ます
The ます form ends the sentence. This is the "basic" level of politeness.
1) 一段動詞 verbs in -ru : Base form + ます
2) 五段動詞 verbs in -u : Base form + iます
3) 不規則動詞 Irregular verbs: We replace the last vowel "u" with "i" then add ます.
する (do) → します We replace the す with し
来る(come) → きます We replace the く with き
来る(come) → きます We replace the く with き
The honorific form 尊敬語
It expresses respect when talking about people of a higher rank as customers.

入れる enter : Base form 入 → お 入れになります

2) 五段動詞 / verbes en -u : Base form + i になります

待つ kaku : Base form mat → お待ちになります mati になります

3) Irregular verbs する (do) and 来る(come)

The humble form 謙譲語
It allows one to diminish oneself when talking about oneself or one's own group in front of higher ranking people like clients.
1) 一段動詞 verbs in -ru : お + Base form + します
