# 英語で話すのがぐっと楽になる！ビジネスパーソン向けの3つのコツ

「言いたいことはあったんだけど、また会議で何も言えなかった…」そんな風に後悔したことはありませんか？

 

このような状況は、異文化間のコミュニケーションスタイルの違いによって起こることがあります。

例えば、積極的に意見交換をする文化（欧米など）では、自分が発言するタイミングを見つけるのが難しくなることも。

 

コツ ①**ただ話す番を待つのではなく、自分から積極的に参加するタイミングを見つけましょう。**

**コツ②  ざっくり言うと、ビジネス会話ではだいたい2000単語を知っていないと厳しいでしょう。まずはたくさんの単語を覚えること（インプット）が大切です。**

 

 

さらに、話すスキルを高めるには、繰り返し練習することがとても重要です。筋トレや他のスポーツと一緒です。

 

英語の先生やチューターも良いですが、予算や時間が限られている場合は、AIチャットボットでの練習も魅力的な選択肢です。

 

たとえば、無料のChat GPTを使ってみて、特定の仕事の場面の会話を再現するように、指示を出してみたらどうでしょう。

 

**コツ③   実際の仕事の場面に即した設定で、人間やAIチャットボットを使って、本場の前に何度も練習しておきましょう。**
