Nicolas joined Cardemy in early 2022 as a business developer. Having himself experienced the pain of working in a foreign atmosphere without being fully prepared, he knows well the frustration of not being able to convey skills at work because of the language barrier. After graduating from a “Management of Japanese companies” master’s degree in France, he completed an exchange program of six months at Kobe University. With the strong desire to have a career in Japan, he worked as a sales executive for a Japanese publishing company before having a position at the French Chamber of Commerce where he could help many foreign businesses to develop their services in Japan. He then joined Cardemy to guide expatriates to become fully proficient in their jobs and to help them avoid the struggles he encountered during his first years in Japan!
